• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of Veeriq.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically collect platform content without permission.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, security controls, or other restrictions.
• Use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on our services.
• Impersonate another person, organization, or Veeriq representative.
• Use Veeriq to distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Unless otherwise stated, Veeriq and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, design, software, interfaces, original educational content, graphics, logos, and other materials made available through the platform.

Your use of Veeriq does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Limited Personal Use

Subject to these Terms, Veeriq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veeriq and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, interruption of study, or reliance on educational content or AI-generated information.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
